Where you can help

• Aid stations

  Water, isotonic drink and fruit at km 5, 10, 15 and the finish.

• Marshalling and crossings

  Keep the course safe and well marked.

• Runner’s Expo

  Hand out bibs, chips and bags the day before.

• Finish and recovery

  Medals, refreshments and runner support.

• Entertainment and speaker

  Atmosphere, music and stage support.

• Logistics

  Set-up, loading and dismantling of equipment.
