Regulations

Participation and age

Half Marathon: 18 years old on race day. 10K: 14 years old (minors need a signed authorisation). Walk: all ages; under-14s must be accompanied by an adult.

Bib, chip and ID

The bib is personal and non-transferable and must be visible on the chest, without folding it or tampering with the chip. You must be able to show ID or passport.

Cut-off times

Half km 10: 1 h 30 (10:00). Half finish: 3 h (11:30). 10K finish: 1 h 30 (10:30). Walk finish: 2 h 30 (11:45). After the limits, bibs are withdrawn.

Fees and refunds

Refunds only for a documented medical reason: 70% if requested more than 30 days ahead, 30% between 15 and 30 days, 0% under 15 days.

Adapted sport

Wheelchairs, handbikes (approved helmet mandatory), prostheses and visually impaired athletes with a guide are welcome. Specific categories and trophies.

Dogs

Not allowed in the 21K or 10K. Allowed in the Walk on a short leash, at the back of the group, and you clean up after them.

Penalties

Cutting the course, littering outside designated areas, cloned bibs or unsporting behaviour lead to immediate disqualification.

Registering implies consent to the use of general event images. You can exercise your GDPR rights by contacting the organisers.

More rules

Events and courses

Half Marathon (21.097 km, 3 h limit), 10K Race (1 h 30 cut-off phase) and a non-competitive Popular Walk of 6 to 8 km (2 h 30). Courses may change slightly for safety or force majeure; the valid route is the one marked on race day.

Bib pick-up and gift

At the Expo Zone / Runner’s Expo the day before and, exceptionally, on race morning up to 45 minutes before each start. The shirt and bag are only guaranteed for registrations completed and paid within the gift-eligible tiers.

Aid stations and gluten-free

Roughly every 5 km (5, 10, 15 and finish): water, isotonic drink and fruit. Packaged gluten-free products are planned at the finish and lunch, with no guarantee of zero traces.

Safety and medical support

Self-Protection Plan (PAU) with a medicalised ALS ambulance at the finish, BLS units on the course, defibrillators and a medical tent. Everyone must assist anyone in danger and follow the medical team’s orders.

Participants’ duties

Follow organisers’ instructions, wear the bib visibly, never transfer it and stay on course. Withdrawing voluntarily requires notifying the nearest control and handing in the bib.

Rankings and awards

Trophies for the top 3 overall men and women and the winner of each category (Senior, Master 35, 45 and 55+), recognition for the first locals and adapted-sport categories. The Walk has no ranking.

Equipment

Clothing and footwear suitable for asphalt and packed earth; sun protection, cap or windbreaker recommended depending on weather and, if desired, reusable cups or small hydration packs.

Zero waste and Green Ring

Compostable cardboard cups and marked bins up to 100 m past the tables. Littering outside these areas leads to disqualification for environmental reasons.

Liability and insurance

Participation is voluntary and at each participant’s own responsibility. The organiser holds civil liability insurance and sports accident insurance for non-federated participants, subject to policy limits.

Cancellation, suspension or postponement

The event may be suspended, postponed or modified due to weather or Civil Protection alerts. If postponed, registration moves to the new date; on final cancellation the balance is refunded after unrecoverable costs.

Minors

The authorisation annex signed by a parent or legal guardian must be handed in when collecting the bib or before the start, with details of the minor, the accompanying adult and an emergency contact.
